I picked up a Chicago medium pepper and a plain at Carnivore today, which was dated as packaged 2 days prior. The jerky was great! I gotta say the medium pepper was fire (which I like) but if you’re not looking for that warm peppery burn, go for the mild. As I eat this, I came to the website to see what else is available. Can’t wait to try all the flavors, and heck, maybe some coffee too.

The medium is our go-to, and it's so much better than other jerkys on the market AND way more affordable. Perfect amount of spice blend on it. You'll crush a bag in an hour.
It's so tasty! I love this flavor. Got it in the sample flavor pack, and then decided to get a full sized bag of it. An excellent decision!
Got the medium jerky, and it's so hard not to eat it all in one sitting. Beautiful texture and packs a delightful punch of flavor. Definitely go for mild if you're not keen on spice, though I am tempted to get the hot jerky and see how I do!
