Based on the famous Chicago Steak seasoning mix, the beef is marinated in the dry rub for over eight hours to infuse the flavors throughout each piece. The flavor options are based on the balance of light sweetness and peppery bite, with Mild leaning towards sweetness and Bold having a strong lingering spice on the palate.

PACKAGING
All of our jerky is made after you order and is packaged in a resealable mylar bag with a silica packet for maximum freshness.
Lead Time
Jerky orders will be processed within 2-5 days of receiving your order.
I picked up a Chicago medium pepper and a plain at Carnivore today, which was dated as packaged 2 days prior. The jerky was great! I gotta say the medium pepper was fire (which I like) but if you’re not looking for that warm peppery burn, go for the mild. As I eat this, I came to the website to see what else is available. Can’t wait to try all the flavors, and heck, maybe some coffee too.
