About the Beef
We use inside round for all of our jerky because it's naturally tender and lean. While other guys might use "fancier" beef, we believe that you can taste the difference that our quality ingredients makes.

Our Process
All of our thick-cut jerky is process by hand in our state inspected facility on the West Side of Chicago, produced in small batches with a focus on tenderness and flavor.
